At Brightleaf Education Group, we exist for one reason, to create learning environments where children and young people with additional needs feel understood, supported and empowered to thrive.

 

We are a values-led organisation built on compassion, expertise and ambition. Every decision we make, from curriculum design to safeguarding standards, is guided by a simple belief: every child deserves to feel capable of success.

We support children and young people aged 11-18 years with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) or traits and high anxiety, and emotional based school avoidance.

Our schools are intentionally designed to be calm, structured and nurturing. We combine evidence-informed teaching with trauma-aware practice, recognising that behaviour is communication and that progress looks different for every pupil.

 

As a growing group, we are committed to excellence from the outset. We invest in high-quality staff, robust governance and strong partnerships with families and local authorities. Our aim is not simply to provide placements, but to build futures.
